Graphic Designer
Retainer based role that supports the monthly fulfillment of our client’s content marketing retainers.
In this role, the content strategist and account manager will have largely worked to prepare a content plan and vision for graphics, and the designer is responsible to support bringing the vision to life with graphics. Photography, copy, etc. provided.
You will work ongoing to develop templates for our client accounts on a monthly basis that are fresh and novel while maintaining a brand consistency to support both revolving and timely messaging. (Detailed briefs on each client’s brand, audience, industry, etc. provided.)

HOURS: Up to 10 per week + opportunity to increase

PLATFORMS: The graphic designer has a detailed understanding of each platform to design graphics that are compatible for placement, as guided.
VISION: The graphic designer is able to see and think big and small picture to develop overall cohesive template systems (visually, thematically, etc.) where each piece of content may have separate goals (industry authority, brand personality, etc.) but connects and relates as a whole both on each platform and as a part of the business’s overall ecosystem.
BRANDS: The graphic designer is able to work within an understanding of each client’s brand including their vision and values to develop supportive graphics.
INDUSTRIES: The graphic designer is able to build a deep understanding of each client’s industry, industry landscape, industry trends, adjacent industries, competitors, etc. to design competitive graphics.
AUDIENCE: The graphic designer is able to work within a profile of the client’s audience including their personalities, interests and values, media consumption habits, etc. to design graphics that are uniquely relevant and impactful to each client’s audience.
DESIGN: The graphic designer has a detailed understanding of varied design styles and their effectivity and limitations to design graphics that will be most impactful.
BREIFS: The graphic designer is able to utilize detailed briefs on each client’s brand, audience, industry, campaign goals, etc. to continually refine and revise their approach.
SYSTEMS: The graphic designer is able to work within and evolve with agency systems for file delivery and management.
SPIRIT: The graphic designer is ever inspired from all angles and able to pull inspiration from a variety of sources beyond media (fashion, travel, other industries) and assess for platform, industry, brand, and audience relevancy and effectivity to develop original design strategies.
